• A 7 month pregnant woman was hit and injured by the arbitrary shell of Northern Alliance in Panglong.
• During this month, there are SIX murdered dead bodies have been found in Shan State.
• During this month, THIRTY-THREE people in Shan State were arrested by the military council.
